Hi

Has anyone had trouble using the QVC website to order products. I've had this error show up a few times over that last few days -

Sorry, we are unable to process your order online at this time. If you wish to place your order by phone, please call Customer Services on 0800 50 40 30.

Is it just me or is this a problem other people have? :wonder:

It happens to me all the time when I use Internet Explorer browser so I now use Google Chrome browser to shop on QVC.

Is it just me or is this a problem other people have? :wonder:

I get that message sometimes too, but if I clear cookies I can order without any problem. HTH :smile:

or just try closing down internet explorer, and reopening it-it allows you to order once reopened
