At least they're being honest, namely that's the best (ripoff) we can do

Seriously, they're never going to be as cheap as the cheapest sellers on Amazon, etc., because they have a TV studio and expensive broadcast licences that cost millions each year (at least they've shut up about having no shop overheads) but they should be at least competitive with what's left of the high street and offer products that are often difficult or impossible to buy in shops or elsewhere.

And by that I don't mean selling market stall tat either...
