I have no idea what it means, nor how it differs from ‘dries’.

I have just returned from holiday, used Ultrasun face factor 50, the tinted one. Have used this for years, all good. This year's one was a new can. What on earth has happened? Used it exactly as instructed, within an hour it literally ran down my face to the point where I had to wipe it off and reapply. Didn't have any problems with the excellent Puiz Buin factors 30 and 50 I was also using ( and may add they were less than a third of the price of the Ultrasun. )I won't be buying this again, it was too much like hard work!
