ultrasun advanced order

anyone know when the advanced order for the ultra sun tsv 03/04/2104 is due?? I thought it was the 23/04 but on checking my account says awaiting stock but when I looked on QVC web it is in stock :mysmilie_51:

I'd ring CS, especially as it's in stock at the moment.

I've had to chase every advanced order I've made! Useless.

Mine says "Awaiting Stock" on the website, but when I rang they said it's being processed and will be with me by 1st May.
If they'd updated the status to "Preparing to Dispatch" it would have saved me a phone call.
