I think the planning department reckoned that after two days of people possibly buying more than they would ordinarily (due to the sale) the next TSV couldn't be from a 'luxury' department or it might not sell. Hence a TSV that speaks to people's fears about their domestic security! Was it Monty Python that used to say 'And now for something completely different'?!
