Alot of complains about the brand on QVC US forum. Seems the quality is not as good since they are now made in China.

Oh that's a shame - I bought one when they first showed them and it's great quality. I use it virtually every day, can get loads in, lots of zipped pockets. It's been stood on the ground, on walls etc. and the finish is still as good as started. The straps allow you to wear it all sorts of ways.

I have one and don't think I bought perhaps the best model for needs, BUT it is wearing well and is well made.

I ordered one of the bags when they had it on a TSV and wasn't particularly impressed. It got sent back. I think I will skip the next TSV.
