Never heard of a Chelsea whopper. Anyone remember Marry Me Quick? A piece of peppermint rock swirled into a round like a Cumberland sausage. I think they might have been a Sheffield thing. My nan used to take me to the Castle Market and buy me one as a treat. I didnt understand the name until years later, thinking it was marimeekwik or something.

I'm nearly 54 and still yearn for Spanish Gold.
Kaoli lumps (compressed sherbet like a lump of rock) ripped my gums to shreds but still went back for more.
