Thought i would just update on my situation. I bought the white plus model when it was a tsv back in Nov 2011. After reading this thread i contacted QVC customer service as the sonic function didnt seem to be as it should. As the product is still under guarantee they agreed to a replacement with a courrier collection. I am awating the replacement - pink (which now concerns me!!!) as the white is no longer available. If there is still a problem i will be asking for my money back!
 
Mine was the TSV Mia in Pink. I'm getting a bit worried because I returned it over a week ago using their return label and it's not been acknowledged as received yet. I did get a posting receipt. Think I need to ring CS. QVC wouldn't send the new one out (hopefully NOT pink!) until they received the old back.
