I don't like the shampoo or perfumes either.

For all her waffle about being a beauty expert AY is there to flog stuff. Beauty is big business for QVC so she must be doing something right ... right for QVC obviously.

I am more likely to be influenced by friends than beauty experts and I really want a sample or four. I'm very brand loyal though. I do try the odd new thing here and there but on the whole I stick with the same thing for years.

I am drawn to products with "natural" ingredients. But I know, for some, they're more troublesome.

" I shouldn't really say this" laughs AD but one of our other skin care guests likes the divine cream so much, she's giving it to her mum for Christmas.
So the list of suspects are: Keeley,Andrew,Fiona,, Liz, mad prai lady etc.

So who rates their own product so highly that they give L'occitane instead?

Yes i know they may want to give them a change but I thought it was strange.

LE who said the above ????

But who was giving the cream to their mum. Or have it picked it up all wrong. Too much work and too many :glass:when i got home
last night, to relax, you understand, didn't enjoy them at all

I'm the same when it comes to brand loyalty, I always go to my local department store when it comes to bonus time for Clinique, Clarins and Dior. The assistants are lovely and always give me extra fab samples because I'm a regular customer.

The only thing I've ordered recently from QVC are Dr. Pericone products, however, I'm getting more and more tempted to order the Red Carpet Nails System.

I've used L'Occitane immortelle face and eye serum and loved it but didn't love the price. I use the Aldi Lacura range now which is about a fiver and it's fine.
