Hi

Did you see there's a Skechers footwear show on Mon 2pm 7th of June. I was looking at some of those shape up trainers in the US recently as they're supposed to be good for building buns of steel BUT in the flesh, they remind me of those specially built up shoes some people wear when they have one leg shorter than the other! No disrespect meant!

I see there will also be some of the tone up sandals, similar to fit flops. J Lo butt (not jello) here I come!!

Hi Lily,
I've got the tone ups rather than the shape ups (much more expensive!) & they are so comfortable. The way I describe them is like having mini trampolines on my feet. They are so bouncy & comfy & I have the winter flip flops & they are just as comfortable as them, but a lot cheaper.
I got mine from Next for £35 & I LOVE them. They are white mules, which they also do in black, but they sold out very quickly.
Mine are a 6 & I am a true 6, & there seems to be a lot of room at the back when I walk. It doesn't affect the comfort, but if they sell out in your size, you might be able to get away with a size down.
HIGHLY recommended - I would say don't hesitate.

I wear their foam wedge mules they are so comfortable and I have never had blisters which I am really prone to

At the moment they are the only shoes I can get on my feet following a 7 mile country walk in my Birkienstocks that I have had for a couple of years giving me 9 huge blisters

I am at work when the show is on but will look online before I got to work as wouldn't mind trying skecher trainers

I lifted a trainer shape up one today, and damn it was like a brick!!!!

Wouldn't fancy trying to walk in a pair of those. I don't do toe post sandals in any shape or form.

I like those mules haven't seen those ones before will have to keep an eye out for them

Not all skechers are toe post the pair, that I am wearing at the moment just have the but across your foot

I have a pair of Skechers shape up trainers and I can honestly say they are the most comfy trainers I have ever had on my feet. I have avoided trainers as I found them to be very uncomfortable but these are great.
They do take a bit of getting used to and I think they work because you HAVE to walk correctly in them. I can feel my calf's tightening when I have them on but am a long way from having anything like a J-Lo bottom !!!
They are not the most attractive footwear around but f your after comfort with the added benefit of improving your posture then I could recommend them, a couple of people at work have gone out and got some after seeing mine and hearing me go on about the comfort and they all agree they are comfortable.

I ordered the Avon Fit Flops for a tenner last week - I had been looking at the actual Fit Flop brand but they were way too expensive for me. The Avon ones should arrive next week. I hope they work just like the more expensive ones!!!

I have Reebok Tone ups. Much more attractive than Sketchers

I have to say that I think Sketchers look really naff. They look cheap and bulky IMO - almost like kids shoes. I agree the new Reebok range is much nicer.
