I've just won an item from a live auction via the web, which has gone into my basket, but I've since changed my mind and can't find any way to remove it (with Gems there's a x which you click to remove an item). I've rung customer services to ask but they're closed until tomorrow. Can someone please tell me how you do it?

You can't remove it! it will remove itself after 2.00am.
