One of the good things about Rocks & Co is that they have always had a lot of really pretty and delicate settings - a great contrast with 'old days' of Gems TV where very many of the settings tended to be klunky and awful (although, to be fair, they did start to improve towards the end).
I am, however, certain that since the Gems TV factory in Thailand closed down, Rocks & Co have either bought the factory or bought their moulds or something, since some of the old Gems designs (including some of the really bad ones) are now reappearing on Rocks & Co. These, for instance, looks very like an old Gems TV type of design:

In fact, most of the Welo opals seem to have been set in old Gems-style settings; beautiful gemstones, crummy designs.
Rocks & Co, please STOP IT! With your prices, customers are paying for the designs as well as the gemstones. We expect them to be lovely.
