To be honest, I thought he had died years ago.

Memories of my youth! I remember Gilly Gilly Ossenpfeffer, etc and I'm a Pink Toothbrush! Obviously, You've got Hands!

I remember those songs too mediastar, plus of course "Tulips from Amsterdam"! I wasn't a big fan, but he'd been an entertainer for decades hadn't he and lost his wife last year after many years of marriage.....RIP Max.

I didn't realise he was still around, that's very sad, bygone era, but he was very likeable.
