Maybe it was a service that was just on trial till then to see if it works, because I received an order this morning and it had a free returns slip in, mind you who knows. It's only £1.49 to return things if you order a Collect plus label anyway so no biggie.

If it costs £10 to get a Space Diamond delivered then how much do they want to return it when some punters inevitably realise that they're crap? Another £10? Perhaps a modest £8?.

This lot really are schlocks aren't they? Of course the returns were never free to begin with given their postage cost hikes so they're definitely not free now ha ha.

What do they spend all that money on that they surely rake in from their totally unprecedented use of 09 Premium Rate Order Lines? Maybe Daisy Eldridge is an expensive designer to hire? :mysmilie_59:
