Morning QVC people

I bought 2 lots of the last Ojon TSV - thickening products + hairspray back in September. Although I've finished the shampoo and conditioner I'm only a third down the 2nd lot of hairspray and the bottle will not deliver anymore spray, almost like there's not enough air in there to squirt it out. I have contacted QVC requesting a replacement, do you think they will? I understand this is a known problem and I'll be furious if they refuse to replace.

Off to work now so will check this post tonight, have a good day, and thanks in advance :)

i don't know if they will but they bloomin well should. If you pm me i've got the same spray that came with the kit i used it once but didn't like it, so you can have it with pleasure if you want.

I remember there was always a problem with the Rub Out dry shampoo. The nozzle always stopped working even though loads of product still in it.

Phone CS and explain.

I doubt they'll offer you a replacement, but if it's the restorative spray you could order it as a single item (227562) and then return your faulty one for a full refund! I know it's not entirely the right thing to do but if they can't be more accomodating I think it's their fault!

actually by law they have to replace the item even if there is only a smidge left in it.hope this helps. qvc are normally quite good thoughi cant see it being a problem.

I got mine replaced by Ojon!

Hi!

I bought an Ojon kit from QVC that contained the Tunu Hairspray. I didn't use it straight away and therefore the 30 days had lapsed. I emailed Ojon directly explaining where I bought the product etc. They were so helpful and replaced the product without question. I offered to return the faulty package to them and they said it was unneccesary. I was very impressed :)

Hi everyone, sorry just managed to get on here. I mailed CS and they said this was a known problem and the advice was to shake the can vigorously then it should work, will try this tomorrow although it sounds dubious to me as I shake like billy-o anyway...didn't think of contacting Ojon direct, but with the amount of money I spend on these products and QVC in my years as a customer since it began I feel as though I should be offered a rfeplacement at the least. Great idea Akimbo, I hadn't thought of that :) Thanks again, you are all so knowledgeable and QVC savvy :D

xx
