I know there are often complaints on here about qvc being slow to refund, and I've often posted in their defence that I've never had any issues with receiving refunds - so here's another positive experience: I posted an item on Saturday for a refund, received email acknowledgement on Monday, and the money was back in my account yesterday. Really can't fault that.
 
I've been used to waiting up to three weeks for refunds, so I was pleasantly surprised to discover that one of two items sent back recently was turned around in just a couple of days. I'm still waiting for the other one though but I've noticed before that higher priced items take a bit longer. It's possible they have more checking for those, but, either way, if this is an indication of things to come, and they can keep it that way, there will be far fewer moans about them :)

I don't think I've ever waited more than a week, but it's never been High value items
