Thanks everyone for your advice. I've been out all day and have got home to find a card from dx saying they have a parcel for me!! Could it be that QVC realized their mistake (after my phone call of course) and dispatched the items ASAP? The original tracking info still isn't working, so I will have to wait and see.
Refund or replacement delay when item hasn't even be shipped!
