Reasonable questions in chat

Hi was it me or did someone have a go at me in chat tonight for asking a perfectly reasonable question or so i thought. Didnt quite understand the response i got after my enquiry about an item i was told the request system was being abused. After i heard the item wasnt available yet i thanked carol for checking if said item was or would be coming available.

Yes they did have a go at you!!!! I came on just after, read back a bit and saw it!! All you did was ask about an item, you were not making a request so there was no need for them to have a go at you. Considering who it was as well, they really did have a bloomin cheek!!! :hump:

Sazza has summed it up well, Daz. I thought that's what was happening but I wouldn't get too worried about her. Mrs J and perdita are right- just ignore her- I think everyone at rocks knows you aren't a 'beggar', but a decent bloke. (and we do to!!)

Daz, I wouldn't worry. If my thoughts are right, then she is a stirring biatch that needs to get a grip as well as a life and get her head out of her backside!!! ...and she really isn't worth your time - you're too much of a gent for that.

Aw Daz - not nice!!! I wasn't there, but I can just imagine who it was lol. Totally unnecessary to say anything nasty - especially to someone like you. However, unnecessary to say anything nasty to anyone.

Just ignore any comments like that - you know that you're a better person - and you NEVER say anything even slightly untoward about anyone ever!!!

Someone mentioned the word 'beggar' earlier on in a post ....... now that might well be a possibility - I have set up on a very nice step, out of the wind, and with the evening sun shining on me. There is room for at least one more - and the extra body heat will help during the colder nights. After all the buying you've been doing lately - I think you might well be next to join me. :9: :18:
