Good reply, notice healthy eating Paul Brodel is on air more know Joe has left
l can still picture Steve sitting there with his little shorts on showing his suntanned legs, he was such an enthusiastic man and a great loss to us all.I was thinking last night, I wonder what Steve Whatley would think of how the channel comes over these days.
Also notice Zhuzh no longer carry’s the Steve Whattley name, if It hadn’t been for Steve the product wouldn’t exist

Yep that's why I rarely watch IW nowadays...I know they have their regular fashion slot on a Friday...but other than that whenever I tune in it's watches or dormeo..As for the other infomercial channels I've found that when channel hopping early in the morning 9 out of 10 are flogging matresses.. I like watching the channels for the miscellaneous tat that's on offer and all the b/s that comes with it. Ok you can argue that the watches are just that - tat....but just so samey and so boring!...and as for Sundays, all the channels are selling plants and diy stuff, surely the way things are in the world at the moment they can mix things up a bit!Watch week? Seems like every week
Get your Insurance broker at the ready, book an appointment with your Jeweler for multiple valuations. Destined for Baselworld, but with the help and amazing work of hundreds behind the scene to divert to IW, Ideal World bring you watch week.
You’ve guessed it; Ideal World will be thrilling us with an array of mouth-watering horology masterpieces, future heirlooms all in need of valuation and insuring.
Starting the fun off on Friday, with a Pick of the Day, we have that old favourite, Mr James Fields, Partner in Swan & Edgar and Barker’s of Kensington , he has a rich 30 MONTH history in the watch world, he’s an entrepreneurial toff who is, unquestionably one of Britain’s foremost authority in horology, who specialises in acquiring low priced Chinese watches, rebranding them and convincing buyers, that from the hands of skilled British watch designers & watchmakers, they are purchasing high end luxurious handmade watches, he brings you those wonders of horology, heirlooms in the making, the Swan & Edgar masterpieces.
There are 6 hours of Swan & Edgar masterpieces, spread over 6 shows, just think how much rubbish, lies and nonsense can be spouted in that time.
Looking further ahead, they have a star studded line up for the week so far (schedule is still in the making), all the big hitters in the world of Horology. Mouth-watering brands from Resultco brought to us by Emma Boydell, who has worked with high end auctioneers, who has worked with the biggest of the biggest, the best of the best, but has reached new heights shilling highly discounted works of art, sold at a fraction of their true value. Also appearing will be The Dartmouth Group and of course one of the stars of the week, Jim Clawley of Momentum consultants Ltd, he’s an expert on Russian watchmaking and resurrected Swiss brands, and he brings to the table the giants of Soviet/Russian watchmaking, the giants of Soviet/Russian engineering, the one, the only CCCP of Hong Kong.
Get in fast, check out before they are gone, such masterpieces are bound to fly out the door, even if you don’t want it, just buy it, have fun.
Until june 15th only retail shop you can get a watch from is argos, so it’s allowing people to buy the watches. Even though the quality are probably less than what you would get at argos

No need to thank me, you've obviously just hit the occasional wrong key when typing up your post

The quality is probably similar, a lot of the fashion brands in Argos probably come from the same factories in Hong Kong/China, a few on IW are actually better. Ok, this might sound like i'm contradicting a lot of my posts, but it's not the watches, per se that is the problem with Ideal watch shows, it's the lies and misinformation regarding the watches, ie their quality and value, by both the Presenters and the so called experts that's the problem. Take Swan & Edgar, a lot of their watches you'll find similar on Aliexpress, nothing wrong with Aliexpress watches, I've a few (not Swan & Edgar ones, more Parnis, Sea-Gull, Corguet etc), but they are not highend, future heirlooms that need insuring as IW & James Fields are claiming Swan & Edgar are, ok watches true value under £100 or just above. On the other side of it, nothing wrong with the quality of Aviator, Sturmanskie, Mathey-Tissot, Vostok Europe, all decent watch brands, but it's the over the top hype and misinformation that grates me. The nonsense regarding the ETA movement (you won't get it again unless you're paying £6000) the other day just typifies this.
All the high street jewelers online sites are working, they've been selling watches throughout the lockdown, and all the big online watch sellers, like Jura, Jomas, Chrono24, Amazon, Ebay haven't missed a beat either etc, so if anybody that has Internet access has loads of options for buying watches, I would imgane most of the folks able to buy from shopping Tv would be equally able to buy online..
