A thought just came to me. Those teeth of his look so 'fake', he probably leaves 'em in a jar of a night time.

I think I've said before I've seen him playing with his teeth and moving them a bit. I think he has a plate or bridge for some missing ones at the front, but I might be wrong.
The colouration if you look closely is a clue.

Btw @Hammy60 , Mark Scout in my favourite TV programme at the moment, Severance, wears a Vostok, pilot-style, watch, as his outer-self (aka Outie). He is a former Modern History Professor, so perhaps a nod to the Russian involvement in the world wars.
But we don't really know why or the significance of this...yet.

He swaps the Vostok watch (as do all severed staff with watches) on entering the Lumon office changing room for a (no text/numbers mandated) unidentifiable Skågen style batons-only one, for his inner-self (Innie) to use while on the severed office floor.

And if you don't know what I'm on about, watch Severance! Or look it up!

It's just a bog-standard cheap automatic movement in a case with some basic complications and a cutaway flowery face.
