It's often quite a mess outside, always stuff piled on top of the bins as well. Maybe it's waste stock that even he doesn't want.

The GP surgeries seem to be really pushing now for everyone to have one at home, I think at ours everyone gets asked if they've got one (unless they're a baby or toddler)! .

We've had one for a while, but old habits die hard and I still feel more reassured if it's taken the old fashioned way by a nurse, as I often wonder just how accurate the machines are. Shock and horror, we didn't 'Ave a buy and get ours from IW, ours came from our local pharmacy too. I'd be worried my arm might explode when I put the cuff on if I'd bought it from IW...

Digital monitors are ok to give a basic idea of blood pressure reading but the aneroid sphygmomanometer (manual machine with stethoscope) is far more accurate. Also you can hear different sounds which is indicative of health.

They all over the place these days.
I've seen similar machines in LIDL previously and there are loads on amazon generally speaking cheaper than IW.
Can you remember how much it was from your local pharmacy?
