I've got one of those jump starters, not the Mophie one. It's in the boot of my car, but if the battery is flat, I won't be able to open the boot. Not that I care, I really dislike driving since losing part of my foot. I get taxis to my hospital appointments, because it's impossible to get a parking space. That's my excuse anyway. 🤣🤣

I only flicked over during half-time in the Champions League.

So, I missed the Christmas Eve motorway breakdown story - I've heard it 658 times, so don't feel I've missed out.

Heard a message from Pauline in Bristol saying she'd broken down in the woods and Trevor in the Cotswolds multi-buying.
Thought to myself, "I reckoned Pauline and Trevor were married?".
Then I snapped back into the real world, realising I'd been lured into the alternative universe that is Ideal World.

Yes Mike, that thing I bought off you! Yes it’s in the boot! Great! Problem is it’s gone flat because I’m guessing(although he hasn’t said) that the charger itself needs to be kept charged up??
Drat!

So Mason yes I will shove it where the sun don’t shine

Yes, they do, but the battery inside should be li-ion so power loss when stored should be fairly low.

Couple of negative reviews on Q - https://www.qvcuk.com/mophie-powers...usb-port-mini-jump-cables.product.731331.html

Yes, the now infamous A1M middle lane one....

How do you get a flat battery in the middle lane, where you are obviously moving? Faulty alternator would do it, but if thats the case a jump start wouldn't help.
I couldn't bear to listen to the tale of woe again, but basically he was in stationary traffic for some time with lights on and engine off and when he tried to restart it was dik, dik, dik, dik.
Still he is a dik head so he shouldn't have been surprised.

Doh, I would have switched to side-lights in my car and left it running.

I would assume his car is new enough to have stop/start hence the £360 for a new battery, probably automatic lights as well.
