I bought a couple of those games when they were on. Create have a feeling they were cheaper, I was interested in the Snow Problem one there were selling, but found it £6 cheaper on Amazon so bought it there.

I noticed when the guest was there they weren’t being prized twats, It was a different guest than on Create though, used to be a bigger guy, I think Yiannis could have just gone in for the games, as he hung around to sell Nicce T-shirts.

But after Midnight, It was Jezza only

He was still there, probably just taking a break, looking back through the overnight coverage there are odd times where one of them disappears for a spell but comes back. Was checking to see what ******** they were spouting about heritor watches, started with the two of them, then Jessie disappears for a while, then came back to do the "Luxury" Majestic watches while Janice took a break, then back again as a pair for the rest of the show.

I know Yiannis was having Mic issues
Along with his ongoing credibility ones.

What absolute load of codswallop did he come out with last night? Something along the lines of ‘let me talk to you as a family man who never lies to you and not a shopping television presenter’ when he was selling, as a shopping television presenter, some game or other. Like the hangman visiting you in the condemned cell, measuring your neck, and saying: “ I’m measuring you up as a friend, not a hangman.” The guy is seriously unbelievable.

The bigger guy sold his company and introduced the younger chap when he did his last show on Create and Craft. Not sure if the new chap is the owner.

Well i wonder if Mason bought the "Famous" Almaz last night, it didn't sell out and is still available to buy, said he has it's brother and everywhere he goes he's asked about it, wants one in his collection but has never been able to get one, every time they're gone they're gone, scared they'll sell out before he gets one, this is last 20 no more. He also said as they waited for the price, anything under £750 he's going to scream, cue pantomime performance when the £399 price is revealed. Heck knows why he thinks it should be £750, it's never been near that price. :ROFLMAO:

I don't know why he's had a problem getting this Almaz, as it's been available for as long as his other Almaz has, and like his Almaz it didn't always sell out as he claimed. Wonder if we'll be hearing this new Almaz story for another 3 years. ;) :ROFLMAO:

Janice says he will never lie to you nor will Katie or any of the other presenters. Lying ******. :ROFLMAO:

Intentionally or otherwise, they lie regularly. Although it's another channel, on Shop on TV the other night they were flogging the mulberry silk duvet, I think the king size was £199.99. Rob said along the lines of 'yes you might find other mulberry silk duvets for sale online of the same quality, but I can guarantee you'll be paying hundreds upon hundreds!'

Nope.

A quick Google and I found quite a few, comparable quality, around the same price and some cheaper.

It's in their DNA to lie, or at the very least mislead.

The thing is, the watch buying market that they are presumably trying to appeal to (i.e. the serial watch buying types the previous version of the channel tried to cultivate) – is going to be completely clued up on Vostok prices. They KNOW all too well that he is selling his watches cheaper, and quite significantly so - both on his own website and also on his eBay shop. These are the people, surely, they should be trying to draw in to being regular Ideal World watch buyers again. And they are NOT going to do this by using those ludicrous and sickening pantomime ‘Oh No…We got the price wrong…PANIC!!!’ tactics they employed last night. Particular SHAME ON YOU to Reynolds for going along with it when he knows that he is selling these watches cheaper elsewhere. Doing that is just going to push people away. Of course, Reynolds can’t lose because the very same people will buy from him directly instead.

That leaves them trying to scratch around for non-Watch experts with deep pockets and no common sense to buy on impulse alone on the night from them. And I don’t think there are too many of those people around.

If Reynolds actually wants to sell his products on the channel, rather than just publicity promote them by knowing people will go back to his sites to buy direct, then he needs to sell them cheaper on the night. My suspicion is that it the former rather than the latter that motivates him more to appear on the Ideal World.

He's one of the Directors, appointed in July this year.

Maybe trying to pick things up again, didn't do well in their last couple of accounts, so probably trying to get back into profitable mode.

This is the inescapable truth that selly telly will have to face more and more. As we've discussed many times before, nearly everything IW sell can be found cheaper online.

I genuinely feel sorry for those viewers (mainly elderly) who aren't aware of cheaper alternatives online or simply don't know how to access them.

I'll say again, with the possible exception of QVC, I cannot see how the likes of IW can survive in years to come. Selling very generic items that can be found cheaper elsewhere, yeah, great business model.

I assume Reynolds gets the satisfaction of what he sees to be additional publicity linking back to his own sites, and pays a fee for that airtime to the channel. Ideal World, in turn, gets the satisfaction and remuneration in return of getting that airtime fee from Reynolds for appearing on there. Mutually scratching backs. Is that how it works? If that is the case, that explains why there is no serious intent to sell the watches more cheaply than he does on his own site when he appears on there. He doesn’t need to. If he gets 50 people, say, watching last night, to then buy direct from him as a result - job done. Though, as I said before, what I particularly don’t like, is how he behaves as if he has done something ridiculous by pitching his watch prices too low when he appears on the shows. I’m sure he and they know exactly what prices the watches are going to be before the show begins. Presumably he is encouraged/pressured to go along with those seedy tactics.

I ran your paragraph through ChatGPT and asked it to summarise. It came back with the following:
