It's just about knowing what you're buying, that's all.
Lots of people love their Shein clothes, and they love them because they're good quality for the price. They aren't expecting a £5 dress to be the same quality, fit, attention to detail as some designer frock from Prada.
But when Ideal World sell clothes of a similar quality to Shein, but charge more, AND pretend they're actually designer but the label has fallen off…
I mean… it raises expectations.
Like that stick vac earlier - if they just sold it as a secondary vac, ideal for small messes when your cordless one is charging, something to give the kids going to uni, etc it'd be less of an issue (although people would still be overpaying - going rate for a 600w corded stick vac on Temu is around £20).
