Peter's got his own weather forecasts now. :ROFLMAO:

If the heater can continue kicking out ' heat after its turned off for a considerable amount of time'....what's the point of the cut off if its knocked over....come on Pete we all know these fans go cold instantly when they are knocked over..... oh it is a balmy 10 here in Devon.

Peter V even said earlier when they are switched off, the fan continues for 30 seconds to cool the unit down so it can be moved safely.

FFS Peter. Winter is on its way, like it is every year, no need for the scare tactics. I'm old enough to remember the winter of 1962, I was a young schoolgirl. We had no central heating, but we managed. We still went about our daily business, buses ran, milk and post were delivered. We don't get winter's like that now, thank goodness.

I saw a few mins of his 'expert' advice on YT feed. According to him, central heating is an archaic way to heat your home. Apparently, we've all to switch it off, buy a 2000w portable heater, and only heat the room we're in.

As per my previous posts on this, does this 'expert' not realise that in many (most?) homes, people quite regularly ...

MOVE FROM ROOM TO ROOM TO ROOM TO ROOM

But hey, let's all share the 1 x portable heater best we can.

Experts?!? Ha Ha HAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.
Why buy a house with all those other rooms to heat? - Just live in a shed and use an electric heater. What could possibly go wrong? Oh and don't invite young Ken Barlow to cook in this shed
