If they ignore again, I'll be making another complaint, this time about ASA itself.

Gee, I thought I was getting a bargain. Serves me right for ordering.When it's items like this, one off show rather than multiple MB products & regular shows (like say when Elizabeth Grant was on IW), IMO it's more likely stock from wholesalers/suppliers who've had orders cancelled or too much stock and wanting to offload items.

It may well be a bargain,but speaking personally if I get any more shower gel/hand washy type stuff in a plastic bottle with a posh name this Xmas AGAIN it will go straight back into its wrapping paper and next Xmas another poor unsuspecting relative will be the happy recipientAre you not getting a bargain?
