You'd think of all the people he could believe something from, James Fields would be the last one! Worst merch I've ever seen.

Some of the watches were just re-badged Ali Express watches, which you could buy direct for a fraction of the price.
Although he was absolutely clueless when it came to watches, he was a hoot to watch, some of his stories he attached to the store and watches were unintentionally hilarious, Swan & Edgar survived Zeppelin bombing London during the blitz in 1940, The Lancaster was a Jet fighter bomber. :ROFLMAO:

What has happened to Edgar & Swan Vaatches? I’ve not seem them on shopping television for months, and their website only features a very small range today when I looked? Still, it was probably unwise to speak up, as they might reappear again as punishment.

Still on the go, still plenty of Field's "Luxury" watches out there, Swan & Edgar were on Shop on TV a few weeks ago along with the ultra luxury Samuel Joseph watches.

TJC still have Gamages and IW also have the Mann Egerton.

Although, thankfully Mike Beckingham, horologist extraordinaire, seems to have disappeared.

Just noticed it has 7 flexi-pays. Has he said it’s £57.15 without mentioning that’s the first flexi payment? I turned the sound off after about 30 seconds as I couldn’t listen to his bullshite.
I caught a few mins of the presentation and was going to post about exactly this. He said:

£57.15 on seven flexis!!!

So the total purchase price is £57.15 on seven flexis of £8.16, yes?

No, of course not. He kept mentioning the £57.15, kept mentioning the seven flexis, never once (for the few mins I watched) did he reference the actual total price.

Like the rest of them, he knows exactly what he's doing.

I’m not a great historian but thought Zeppelins were used during WW1? Also thought that Lancasters were heavy bombers? Or did he mean S&E was bombed by a Lancaster?

The very same gym he decided he never used when asked by Caine if he worked out in one? Remember - He Never Lies to You. He just hasn't got a very good memory for the truth.
This is my take on it. Years back we had (and still have) infomercials. Essentially one long advert for a product where the same info is repeated every few mins. The rationale being when a viewer dips in, they'll see and hear the salient points. There is no expectation that a viewer will watch the infomercial for more than a few mins.

It's as if the likes of IW operate in the same manner. They produce their output as if viewers will only dip in for a few mins every now and again. Therefore, the guff they spout doesn't matter because the viewer won't recall what was said the last time they dipped in three weeks ago.

However there is a fundamental flaw in their strategy. Some viewers watch quite regularly. And for those that do to any extent, the mistruths and bullsh1t soon become very apparent ;)

That’s the point, he came out with absolute twaddle😃 Completely clueless. You’re right, Zeppelins we’re WW1 and the Lancaster was a piston engined bomber from WW2. Great fun to listen to, his take on history linking it his crappy watches.😵‍💫😀😁
