I think AY is still delegating social media, so I live in hope. I can only echo Boffy's experience meeting her, really easy to talk to, and focused on YOU not the lengthy queue.

It was interesting to re read that thread, I'd forgotten all about it.


It's a bit like when you shop in a store, some of the beauty counter staff are nicer than others, but then they are not on tv giving a false impression of friendliness to customers.
