Hi, has anyone returned via Hermes lately? I went on line to do it today and got to the end but it never asked for the item number or membership number. I couldn't print the label as my ink ran out so waited for the email to come through but it never did. I have emailed the label to myself to print when I have ink. I am just a bit concerned that something has gone wrong.
