Yesterday I had my very long blonde hair cut off into a very short, choppy bob style, that is textured and layered into my ears and cheekbones. I am lucky to have a heart shaped face and high cheekbones. Although drastic, I am very happy with the style but after the last 4 years neglecting my hair - I just tied it back in a scrunchie and never blow dryed it or used any heated appliances on it. I have used the same Avon colour on it for a couple of years-light blonde -and am very happy with the colour but I am totally clueless on styling products because the last time I had a shorter style was in my twenties and I am now 41.
I remember I used the Sheer Blonde "funky chunky" which was a waxy gel. I loved that product but it is long discontinued.
Can anyone reccommend a good product from QVC's range that would do similar to funky chunky for a choppy short bob? I use WEN or a reverse wash method and was wondering if the cucumber aloe WEN set with the texturiser would be any good (I have fine hair but lots of it) or whether that Amazonian white clay range might have something that suits.
Or, can anyone reccommend something from the high street instead?
