I'm trying to get CS to answer a query. Despite their automated response saying they will reply within 72 hours, they haven't *shock horror*. I don't want to use the web form again, so can anyone give me a direct email address for customer services or similar? Thanks
When I've contacted QVC in the past via their web form the replies I get from them come from this address [email protected] Never tried sending an e-mail to it directly (sent replies obviously) but hopefully it will work for you.
