Just ordered today's TSV and thought that Q's birthday promotion for 3 EP would come in handy it states on the letter 'no matter what you buy' this will apply. Typed in the code on ordering nothing came up so thought I was ok. Then rang later on just to confirm only to be told that its not! Should have checked their terms and conditions. :sad:
 
So why didn't it apply? Was the TSV already on easy pay? I don't think you can use a promotional code on an item already on easy pay.

Unless they have changed it since the implementation of the new website, an EZ Pay code can still be used for an item that already has EZ Pay attached to it but the code will take precedence, whether that be to your advantage or disadvantage, e.g. you obviously wouldn't want to use a x3 EZ pay code for something that is already on x4 EZ Pays, unless you were say, placing a large order & wanted to even everything up into the same number of monthly payments, IYSWIM?

No it wasn't on EP. CS said because it was TSV it was already at a discounted price, but I told her that the letter said 'anything you want to buy' and she said sorry that's the terms. So that's it I'm afraid.
 
I bought todays TSV on the website using the BDAYEP code for 3 easypays this morning and it went through fine. Checked the order confirmation and that stated it was on easypay for me. The top was not on easypay on screen btw so I dont know why it didnt work for you. First time I have ordered off the new website and I much prefer the old one.
 
Well that's just not right. If Bauble was allowed to use the code then so should you Nora. Now you know that's nor the case I'd give them another call.

Hi again Tinkerbelle, Success!! Just spoke to CS and they will honour the code, there will be a bit of confusion tho on my card statement because its gone though now they will refund the amount up to the first EP amount and then start again! Thanks again.
