QVC App problems!

Sorry if anyone else has started this topic!

Has anybody else been having problems with the QVC app for the iPhone? For over a month a now the live streaming keeps going to QVC USA and the programme timetable keeps disappearing. The only way I can get it to work is by constantly reinstalling the app and then it only works once.

This is frustrating, I have informed QVC over a week ago but had no reply.

My Android app seems to be fine but I really dislike it!! I am far from a technophobe and do everything on my phone, but I won't be tapping my app thank you very much!! Ordering on the website is the best way for me

My iPhone app is playing up aswell.For two days the live stream is showing QVC US.
This was annoying last night as I wanted to look at the Kipling tsv.
Anyone else having trouble?
