A pashmina? Oh, how very 90s, darlings!

What next: crinolines? :smirk:

Oh heck SCW you've gone and done it now! I love really good quality pashminas. Any idea when they will be "live"? There's no details on colours etc. Would love a bright pink or a chocolate brown. Although Tie Rack have the milk chocolate one in the sale and I might got for that one as it's cheaper and I know the quality is fabby.

I have a number and paid nowhere that price. Online company sold seconds for £10 or so. Light as feather and so warm and cosy.
Alot of st.com peeps bought the same ones pashminaone was the company. OOPPSSS Changed their name now.

Sorry the ones sold in Tie Rack are NOTHING LIKE REAL PASHMINAS. Any I have felt are rough and cotton they should be fine wool with silk or without.

Ah, HC our very own Gok. I'll have you know us old biddies love a pashmina to keep our bits warm on a cold evening.

Tie Rack sell one pashmina in a range of colours that is cashmere and silk. It's not sold in all their stores but it is really lovely. Full price is £70 but they are nearly half price in the sales and about £15 cheaper at the airport. It is a real pashmina honest! I agree that they do sell other "pashminas" that aren't the best quality.

I might risk one from that site Donna if you rate them. I'm wary of buying without getting my mitts on them usually pbecause I assume they'll be polyester and crease like the devil.

I have a couple of amazing pashminas bought in Dubai and Turkey that are pure cashmere ... or so the label said.

I went out just before Christmas and my friend and I both had black pashminas. She picked one up and said "oh this is yours. It's too soft to be mine".)

I've bought a few from them and they are very nice. They also sell on the bay too.

I have two of these from when they were full price and I really recommend them. They do not crease and they are sooooooo warm. Shame I can't afford another!

AH, we have one Tie Rack in Belfast in the Castle Court on the mall bit no shop now. They have a stand saying pasminas and they are just cotton mix long scarfs.

It must be over two years ago a number of us bought from Pasmina1, I found them first on ebay and then the shop as more choice. Bought a 100% pasmina but it is very delicate compared to the silk mix which does give them strenght. I always went for seconds as for me they are just to keep the cold out and not for special. Usually its a slight flaw in the weave.

Funny I was at lunch with Jabba and AthenaNI on Tuesday and AthenaNI was wearing her pink and so was I.
