Looks like an open wool weave to me, but my eye-sight is not that good when looking at the tiny video clips Q provide. (Why are they so diddy? All that wasted white space)
Definitely has a metallic looking thread going through it.

I've been shopping today & saw a young lady wearing a camel coloured short jacket with denim blue piping. The piping matched her jeans perfectly. If I had not been about to enter my pin in the 'give me my money' wall, I would have asked her where she bought it.
