I remember that awful Dawn Bibby. She had a simpering voice and a sneery way of presenting her products with a slight hint of Alison Young in her style. Don't know what happened to her. She just sold her shop and went elsewhere I think.

I disagree. Dawn Bibby was the reason people used to watch craft on Qvc. She really knows her stuff. These American guests are ridiculously out Of touch with a British audience . We prefer a down to earth Lancashire lass like Dawn!
