I agree with you Anjo, as i too of course loved to request items too. I do hope something can be done about this, as being able to request what you wanted was half the appeal.
I've just sent some items back so I hope I will get a fast refund, but I am not holding my breath. lol
But I do feel for them too, trying to upgrade the system and the sky launch. I wonder if maybe they should have delayed the sky launch until they had all the programmes in place and knew the system worked.
