I caught some of the launch show at midnight..

It confirmed for me that I really can’t bare to watch Jilly especially for more than 2 mins of “you’re gonna love these”.

She also got quite forthright with her sales patter/technique at one point which I don’t associate with her.

They kept talking about how much they adored the colours and how amazing they were etc etc.
And Jilly was wearing a hideous, to me, lilac trouser suit to match the lilac nail varnish.

I decided I must be *very* out of fashion now in my mid-forties. Thought the peachy colour was particularly nasty!

Glad I’m not the only who didn’t love love love the nail colours!

Has anyone tried the infinite shine top coat? Does it dry quickly? I must admit I do like the colours (sorry!) so I am tempted, but I love the nails inc 45 second top coat as it dries so quickly, I don't have time to be sitting around for ages waiting for my nails to dry.

I use both the Infinite shine base and top coats. I find they do dry quite quickly but I think probably take longer than Nails Inc. Although I like the NI brushes, their fiddly tiny brush caps as useless for my arthritic fingers to hold, that’s of course if you can get the big silver lid off. Much better when they were in the round bottles.

The only colours I liked was the metallic one from the first drop and the burgundy red from the last drop on auto delivery. Too many peachy/orange ones for my taste. I’ve made a note of the two I like and will buy from.nailpolishdirect.co.uk

Was disappointed with this TSV although if you like the colours it’s was a good price.

Very helpful, thank you.
I know what you mean about Nails Inc and the little cap, even without arthritic fingers I find it a pain! But worth pursuing with as the brush itself is excellent.

I think I will go for the TSV, I need a new top and base coat anyway and the pastels are the sorts of colour I use regularly in Spring/Summer, so it's good value on the whole.
