This is mainly directed at anyone from IW who comes here to read:
I don't place too many orders with IW but, when I do, I then find I get a barrage of phone calls from a number based in East Sussex (01273 647939) that whocallsme.com tells me is some kind of agency that work with IW possibly with the aim of getting customers to join some kind of VIP club. If this really is the case, IW, please stop it. It's getting to the point where I don't fancy placing orders because I know what will happen. If it continues to occur, then I will be making a formal complaint to OFCom and other relevant authorities.
I actually ignore the calls when they come in now, so it's a waste of everyone's time but other users have commented that even if you do answer there is never anyone there, just a dialling tone. Pointless.
