Having listened to Sam and the other woman (whose name escapes me) for years, i was led to believe that 300tc was no better then the dreaded high street?? Saying that i quite like it and am always on the look out for a nice SK white bed set. Will decide on the day.

too high a thread count that's cheap is far worse than a good quality percale. 100% cotton percale is hard wearing and if its from a reputable brand i.e Sheridan or Christy or m&s it will have great drape, better weight and hardly any creasing
