Yes, but if I can spot this error (if that is what it is) then surely QVC staff can spot it and correct it?

They are like schoolkid amateurs running a multi-million pound business.

You're right Strato, if QVC were a shop with all their waitlists, selling used items as new to customers and asking them to wait in the shop for a week while they get it from behind the counter, they'd have gone bust years ago. They still haven't caught up with the fast moving pace of retail, so time yet eh? :mysmilie_3:

It's also been a whole five minutes since they last changed their website so whilst faffing around, they must have forgotten to load them on, anyone would think they're a shopping outlet wouldn't they? :mysmilie_17:

Now on my PC ALL the VAX and cleaning stuff has disappeared from the list of shows, it is now all fashion and Clarks shoes etc.

I will try a link to it and see if anyone else gets the same - - - - >

The link worked on my PC, it showed TODAY'S SHOWS but when you click on SHOW/TIME it is all fashion etc as mentioned above.

That is because you are looking at the QVC Style channel not main channel.

I thought those logos at the top BEAUTY STYLE EXTRA were some sort of motto for QVC, like Quality, Value, Convenience etc. And LIVE was to watch live TV.

I didn't know they were clickable, never tried them before, but must have clicked on STYLE accidentally.

you do realise its not that easy to change the tv guide on all the sky, virgin & freeview boxes ect

QVC should open their wallet, let the moths fly out, dust the cobwebs off and pay a web designer who's old enough to shave to get that website right, but maybe people would buy regardless so why should they be bothered, this also goes for poorly lit items so when you get them home, they're a completely different colour to the one you ordered, get the picture loaded instead of waiting for image, getting the right shades of make-up instead of wrongly coloured squares and the biggie, putting make-up shades up in shade order rather than alphabetically but this would require effort on QVCs part, where they have none.

When QVC America change, they all must change, when QVC USA say jump, QVC UK say how high?

AND many white items are photographed against a white background, and are virtually invisible.

AND (I'm sounding like Simon B now) the "awaiting image" often never appears.

AND many clearance items have no photo or video - - how do they expect anyone to buy without seeing what it looks like?

AND many clearance items have virtually no description as well.
