New Stock

For weeks now i've been checking a beauty product which has been out of stock in my colour option. Does anyone know if customer services are able to tell you if further stock is due in and approximately when?.

Honestly, no. QVC do not seem to have the most helpful computer system when things are not available. Online sites such as Salonskincare have a out of stock due in when clearly marked on the site. To complicated for QVC, they can't even manage a simple Code and get it to work online.
