Need ideas for replacing broken item

I had ordered DD a suzi b crystal heart keyring back in october. Just went to pack it, and half the crystals have fallen out!
QVC are sending me a returns label for a refund as they are not restocking that item (typical)

Cost £12.81 - anyone got any ideas of something suitable for a young adult? And will it get to me by christmas?

If you are going into town Andamooka, why dont you have a look in H Samuels Jewellers. Last time I looked in there they had a lot of lovely crystal things like that at very reasonable prices.
