Nails Inc polish colour

recently watching nails inc show and they had a 2 piece set of colours. you put a base colour on then the top coat and it had a sort of petrol effect. loved it but thought i'd get it another time. well now i cant find it. did anyone buy it and know what its called.

Nails Inc have something similar (and an extra colour - blue) on their website. It's tied in with tv show Gossip Girl. I have two of them and they are gorgeous.
