Nail strengtheners

Second the rec for Nail Tek via ebay.

I have flaky nails and I use Nail Tek II Foundation as a base coat and Nail Tek II Replenish as a topcoat. Excellent results.

I've tried all those paint on strengtheners with very little effect and now take Protocol capsules (IW ) which have really worked well.It takes about six weeks for the effects to show fully and my bendy,flaking nails are now firm and tough.
