I own Milk Musk and both my bath/shower gel and body lotion bought middle of last year are 300ml each.
Now, chatting to the manager in the store I bought, it did say MM had been revamped and only come back to the stores. So, it could be QVC have older stock.

I do notice with the QVC deals and TSVs always discounted stuff in there. Rosa Absolute is discontinued a few years now and in the clearance section of MB site for years now. It is a great way to get rid of loads of old stock to sell on QVC as sitting in Clearance won't sell as much stock.

Just had a look at the MB site and Milk Musk bath/shower is 290ml.

More than my self-imposed limit - good! I have to be strict. In any case, much as I’d love the Sunlit Clementine & Vetiver, which I’ve tried in a shop, I am not interested in the rest of the citrus stuff. In fact, I can’t stand one of them - I think it’s the Lemon & Mandarin which just smells like old-fashioned basic cologne to me. All the more for everyone else so fill your boots! I appreciate that it is a good deal really.

I bought a set of three MB hand creams (Pink Pepper, Orange & Bergamot & Rhubarb & Rose) in a gift box on ebay last week for a great price (just under £16.00 including postage) and they arrived yesterday in absolutely perfect condition. I'm guessing it was an unwanted Christmas gift but it worked out well for me.
Funnily enough it was an auction and I had bid up to £20.00 but as it turned out, my offer was the only bid placed. I was expecting to lose it close to the auction finishing and I was really surprised that I didn't.

Great eBay find as well. It’s easy to pay too much for things on eBay but there are definitely some bargains on there. I love that feeling of securing one when nobody else seems to have clocked it. You really do get the two extremes, though - so many times I’ve seen items like perfumes much cheaper at well known online retailers than anything on eBay and you don’t necessarily have to spend long googling and digging around. Even QVC are often cheaper than eBay for brands! Yet people still buy them on eBay, presumably just believing it will be cheaper because it’s eBay and forgetting, or not realising, that eBay sellers are far from all private sellers offloading their unwanted gifts and over-purchases.

I am confused about the bourbon vetiver. Vetiver is a grass no relation to bourbon, there are two sorts, one is fresh and the other dusty. I admit it is a note I really dislike in perfume, and call it bog body or swamp thing. Certainly not bourbon like.

So if we say £12 for each of the bottles, that would be £48, and £9 for the handcream.

Well I had completely missed this thread so when the Q email came through I was staggered. I almost baulked at the price but when I read illoyd’s marvellous cost breakdown I realised what an unmissable purchase it is, . Luckily I don’t like Milk Musk so only the citrus is up for me. I wanted to try the clementine and was monitoring the MB sets in their sale but the one I wanted never got reduced! . I also love MB body lotions, they are the best for my skin to absorb. So after caving in for the recent Loccy ones I shall now dive into this and order the citrus. Huzzah!
