I think its more like that Q think its a good opportunity to have a purge of the old guard, and bring in new blood. The young models don't have a problem with turning up for work.

One of the new Models called Anna is some way related to Ann Dawson, she seem a nice person. ..She is tall and blonde.

Anna is Ann Dawson's daughter-in-law. And I agree, a lovely smile and she would look good in a bin bag.
