i bought the black agate and the rose quartz bead bracelets in this hour last night and want 1 charm for each but wasn't keen on any that were shown so i'm keen to pick a couple off the site before my 10 days run out. I fancy a solitaire ring one with a pink gem and maybe a handbag one. Any idea when the site will be back to choose from?

my onyx bracelet and red lolly (called candy cane but isn't) charm just arrived and they look lovely....i'm well pleased. I like the look with one charm on; maybe lots of bracelets with one charm on each would look good. Thanks Rocks :)

not so pleased to report that after the first wearing,my lolly is no longer red as what i thought was enamel has peeled off in one piece :(

Oh no!!! I got that charm too but not worn it yet, I will do so now to make sure the enamel is ok!!!

Well mum wore the lolly charm we got y/day and the same thing has happened as happened to you MrsJ. I wore the puzzle cube one y/day and some of the squares of colour have come off that as well so I don't think the colour can be enamel as I don't think enamel would come off so easily.

grrrrr i reckon it's just paint.....bliddy annoying

I'm sure I heard Steve say it was a new procedure for them and that they really weren't sure if it would work. Obviously it hasn't and I'm sure you'll be able to return them and they'll have to rethink the process. Big disappointment for you though.

It feels like a sort of acetate but don't really know, just a guess.

I am sure we will get a refund no problem, just glad the charms were for mum and myself, I would have hated to have given them as a present and have that happen.

I'm tempted to send my 'painted' charms back too now, no point waiting for them to peel. Quite disappointed I have to say but thanks for the warning Ladees. :mysmilie_12:

It sounds as though the enamel/paint has been applied after the charm has been polished, and without sufficient "roughing up" of the surface before application. Such a shame, Steve's little babies, I think he was particularly fond of the cube. xxxxx :mysmilie_81:

Of course MrsJ, all part of the service <a href="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fwww.smileycentral.com%252F%253Fpartner%253DZSzeb008%255FZNxpt484YYGB%2526i%253D1%252F1%255F4%255F126%2526feat%253Dprof/page.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/1/1_4_126.gif" alt="SmileyCentral.com" border="0"><img border="0" src="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fimgfarm%252Ecom%252Fimages%252Fnocache%252Ftr%252Ffw%252Fsmiley%252Fsocial%252Egif%253Fi%253D1%252F1_4_126%2526uiv%253D3.0/image.gif"></a> xxx
