I’ve made 2 different plant purchases in the last few weeks.
Plants2garden well packaged and good condition but absolutely no planting\care instructions.
Hayloft not the best condition but care instructions included BTBH sent out far too early in the season.
The main problem is that the presentation didn’t give this either, although they did attempt to say more each time the Q presenter butted in about their dog/grandchild/holiday or totally ungarden related blather.
Whilst I sort of knew what I had to do a rank amateur would have been surprised to find with the Hayloft ones they had to repot 10 plants and keep indoors for at least 4 weeks. This is a major omission in my opinion.
