They say today is their official birthday. But why do megadrops through weekends in September and not October???

Got a sapphire and diamond ring on 8/10 for £1 megadrop,auction finished at 18.44,i got my thank you message and printed it off,now ive had no email confirmation and this auction is not showing on btv website(checked loads of times)wondering if anyone else heres having this problem??
